I ship on Mondays & Fridays (barring travel & holidays). Depending on the day you place your order, multiple days can elapse between the day I print your shipping label & my next post office drop off. If you need your purchase expedited, please either let me know in advance or upgrade to Priority. I ship all of my items via the USPS in rigid or padded mailers designed to keep them flat & protected. Original art & packages weighing 1 lb or more are shipped Priority Mail; everything else is shipped Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested. If your order contains multiple postcards and/or stickers, please open the celo bags when your order arrives to double check before contacting me about missing items. I often package multiple items together to conserve packing materials. Recycling & reducing my carbon footprint is important to me, so I often reuse clean & undamaged packing materials from shipments I receive from my suppliers. These materials can include cardboard boxes, packing paper & bubble wrap. |

Unless you're ordering from Canada, please place your order through my Etsy shop. Between the complicated new VAT tax requirements for the UK & extended pandemic delays, Etsy handles overseas orders more efficiently than I can. If you don't see the items you're looking for on Etsy, feel free to let me know & I can set up a custom listing for you.
Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any international customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs that you may incur past the point of sale. tracking your order
If you have any questions about the progress of your shipment, you can track your package at usps.com using the tracking # included with your order. Please understand the only info I have is what the tracking # shows; but if you haven't received your order within 3 weeks (US) or 2 months (international), please let me know & I'll work with the Post Office to resolve the issue.
It's important to me that your package reaches you as safely, securely & quickly as possible; but I unfortunately have no control over packages once they leave my studio. I am not responsible for mail carrier or pandemic related delays, or the loss or theft of packages after they're marked as ‘delivered.’

exchanges + refunds
I describe each item to the best of my ability, but I might have overlooked a minor detail or two. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know; I'm always happy to help.
PRINTS, CARDS, MAGNETS, STICKERS & PINS: There are no returns or refunds unless the item differs significantly from the description.
CUSTOM PORTRAITS: There are no returns or refunds for commissioned portraits. Each portrait is created-to-order, and I do not make any changes or adjustments to your portrait once you have approved the final version and it has been shipped.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS: On the rare occasion an item is damaged, incorrect, or accidentally left out of your package; I'm happy to send you a new one at no additional cost. (Custom portraits are an exception, as they are irreplaceable & require a USPS insurance claim.)
REFUNDS: If you'd like to return a damaged or incorrect item for a refund, please let me know within 14 days after you receive your package. I offer refunds for damaged or incorrect items that are returned to me within 30 days of the original delivery date. Unless otherwise agreed, I do not issue refunds for items that are not returned.
